Is Rally Colin's (Colin Minton)

Now I've been to several Subaru dealers around the country and a lot of garages and this guy beats them all

I was recently told by a Subaru dealer (or ex Subaru dealer) that I needed a new gear box, this dealer had my car for the best part of 2 days and came to that conclusion.

Colin Minton listened to the symptons I was experiencing, told me it was a bearing problem, confirmed it by taking my gear box apart and promptley fixed it

He also made me feel very welcome, gave me coffee and biscuits, gave me a car for the day, allowed me to use his PC for as long as I wanted, allowed me to stroll round his workshop looking at whatever I wanted plus he also kept me informed of progress which is more than any garage I've ever been to has done. He also offered me money for petrol when he noticed that the car he was lending me was a bit low.

This is service, it's how every garage, service centre should conduct themselves.

Cheers Colin I will be coming back to you even if it is a 140 mile round trip.

Mike

Yep he's based in Reading, his mobile number is 07771767874

His workshop is on Langley Hill

I know he won't mind me posting his number as he's already posted it on this BBS

Another happy customer here

The only good thing to come out of having a shagged gearbox was meeting Colin.
Great guy who does a top job
