Why not try www.scoobessential.co.uk? I use Simon for all my fitting & servicing around the North West and he does a cracking job!

AJ White in Blackburn have just carried out my 1000 mile service - not much to it so can't really comment on quality etc but they were friendly and helpful (didn't buy the car from them).

Monks Heath Motors in Macclesfield on 01625 861544
You're havin a larf right?????
I wouldn't touch Monks Heath with a barge pole now. What a complete bunch of stuck up pr1cks!!!!!!
Mainland are fantastic and will get my business (And other scooby owners that I know!!!) everytime........
Monks Heath treated me like something that they'd wiped off their shoe (At the end of the day,I can afford to buy/run a scoob whereas they seem to think cos they take a scoob home each night, that they're a member of the elite or somethin!!!! )
Champagne drinkers with lemonade money is what I say about em!!!!
Cheers
Nick

Nick nothing to do with this really, did you know that Mainland use Magnatec oil every time they service a car. Is that a bad thing do you think because most people think it is an oil that is not up to scratch so to speak.(semi synthetic instead of fully synthetic)
What are your thoughts ???
Cheers Nige

Nige,
I had heard that yeah.....
From what I understand though,Monks Heath use semi synthetic oil in their services unless you specifically ask for fully synthetic oil and then they will of course charge you extra for the privelege!!
Why not have a chat to Danny (0151 495 2091) at Mainland and see what he has to say on the subject. He's very approachable and will do everything he can to help!!
Good luck
Nick

this has just been pointed out to me, i have been flamed over this **** stuff, so sad that you can even look at thease sick sites, i am trying to find defo evidence on the chap who did this , i have contacted the cops as well ( real horrid stuff). i did not do the post and i am not aware of who did. even if i do agree about the company. insidentaly i never ever recieved a reply via email or phone to my problem. Remove this now as i am very unhappy, and incidentally again my return is not working. steve

simon. if you do a bad job , leaving bolts off,(even when i asked you to fit the exhaust mounting bolt) damaging sensors, and heat shields. No response to emails ect . You r suprised i am cheesed off. but blaming ME for other posts and ........ just makes you look like what you r. steve ps would not be suprised if again this tread ends up binned as giving peeps advise does not seem to be accepted.
