Hi my 96 5dr Tonneau spring has broken looking for a replacement or - recommendation for Breakers etc where I might find one.

Theres a company that advertises 'breaking' Subarus in the back of the NW Autotrader every week,I don't have a copy to hand but I'll have a looksee t'morrow.

Chris,

Are you sure the luggage cover is knackered? I thought the spring had gone on mine. I took it apart by pushing the metal pins out of the grey plastic ends. I was then able to rewind the cover back on to the roller (just like re-tensioning a roller blind). Popped the ends back on, pins back in and it was good as new!
