Seeing as Prodrive has a 'presence' on this BBS, I thought I'd ask the question.

I have a Prodrive suspension pack which I bought second hand. The original owner had them fitted for only a few months and now the rear dampers have failed after around a year since they were ORIGINALLY purchased. I've taken this up with my dealer who fitted the suspension and they contacted Prodrive, but as yet they have not had a definate response.

The question is whether I'm waisting my time pursuing this or will Prodive honour a waranty even if the original buyer has resold the kit on? I only bought the kit in the knowledge that it was only a few months old and from a reputable company.

I would be very grateful if Prodrive (or anyone) can help me since this has been dragging on for over 6 weeks now and the suspension knocking is getting worse and worse, not to mention the dodgy handling

Isn't the warranty provided by International Motors? Prodrive do not deal directly with Subaru UK customers I believe.
