Seeing as Prodrive has a 'presence' on this BBS, I thought I'd ask the question.
I have a Prodrive suspension pack which I bought second hand. The original owner had them fitted for only a few months and now the rear dampers have failed after around a year since they were ORIGINALLY purchased. I've taken this up with my dealer who fitted the suspension and they contacted Prodrive, but as yet they have not had a definate response. The question is whether I'm waisting my time pursuing this or will Prodive honour a waranty even if the original buyer has resold the kit on? I only bought the kit in the knowledge that it was only a few months old and from a reputable company. I would be very grateful if Prodrive (or anyone) can help me since this has been dragging on for over 6 weeks now and the suspension knocking is getting worse and worse, not to mention the dodgy handling http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif Yours, Andy Poon [This message has been edited by andyp (edited 12 September 2000).] |

Isn't the warranty provided by International Motors? Prodrive do not deal directly with Subaru UK customers I believe.
You can call IM @ 0121 522 2000. Cheers Chuck |
