Took my My02 for first service (100 miles round trip), as a Scooby dealer nearby refused to do it (Cyprus import) !
Couldn't fault them, good service, good attitude, except for charging for washer top up (full before they did it... so don't know how they managed to get any in and charged for lubrication of doors at £2.50 ish. When queried they gave me the bottle of WD40 equivalent!

I have mixed views, on the one hand they don't seem any worse than other (non-Subaru) dealers that I have dealt with, but on the other hand
1. I booked my car in for 1 o'clock, but wasn't seen until 2.
2. I am still waiting for a standard part ordered 3 weeks ago.
3. They have a new car with a couple of STi stickers in the showroom for £22k It has standard exhaust and scoop. I was told >£1k 18" wheels, but they are only 17" standard wheels sprayed gold It does have the headlamps but £22k !!

PS Screenwash at £3 for a top up. No worse than others but I won't be paying that again.
Also they put Castrol Magnatech 10W/40 in the car. I thought that 5W/30 was recommended grade?

I take my own oil (Mobil 1 Motorsport)and they charge accordingly but i cannot fault them in effort. They are a bit green when it comes to some Subaru related issues but as an overall dealership they are excellent,Danny is great and helps out way beyond any other dealers i've encounted (not just Subaru's)So thumbs up from me.

The last sales manager was very cunning - For example lets take you out for a test drive in a WRX PPP wagon and tell you that the standard saloon will feel the same?! Oh and as for the MY03 - any changes they make will be very minor! - Well it fooled me!
On the other hand the Service Manager (Danny) is a top bloke and knows his stuff - Highly recommended.
