I use Scoobessential all the time when customers around that area need something fitting or servicing. The facilities are great and the service is top notch.
These lads have fitted more Subaru exhaust systems than most and it shows.

I have had dealings Scoobessential several times and always found Simon to be helpfull and efficient.
I can't understand why if someone has a problem, they havn't spoke to Simon.
Slagging someone off on scoobynet is not the right method of resolving a problem, it sounds to me like a competitor bad mouthing Simon for his own gain, which is not what Scoobynet is all about.

Ere...ere....
Simon may be ugly and has a limp and a hairpiece and smells a bit, oh and drives like a girlie and never buys a pint or shares his bag of pear drops......but apart from that he's a good bloke !

Dunno what's happening here but Scoobessentials service is top notch.I've phoned Simon many times and he's always been polite on the phone and bent over backwards (Not literally!! ) to help me whether the phone call was during the day or at nine o clock on a friday night!!! (I Know,I should get out more!!!!!!)
He also opened up his garage on a Saturday morning to help me sort a problem with my exhaust. If only, more people took a leaf out of his book!!!!!
I agree that posting complaints on here without speaking to Simon (Or any dealer/distributor) is not nice.Simon is very approachable and I'm sure if you do have a problem,he'll only be too happy to resolve it!!!!
Cheers
