Try Subaru4you (subaru4you.co.uk)
Small outfit run by an ex subaru mechanic - very cheap hourly rates.
In the past I have trusted my last 2 services (1 of them major ie cambelts) & had a downpipe fitted there.
I think from memory his rate per hour is something like £35

Try the Scooby dealer in Hazelmere. ou can find them listed on the Subaru website. I have a 94 WRX import and they done a intermediate service no problem without sucking air through their teeth when the were told that it was no a UK car.
Dunno what their hourly rate is though.
Power Engineering in Uxbridge will again look at it for you and they have very good review.
Their is also a Japaneese import specialist out at Normandy near Guildford. They are called Jap Cars or something like that. However I called them for some quotes on upgrading to 4 pot discs, pads and calipers etc and they did sound like planks. However I may have just been unfortunate enough to speak to the workshop minion.
Alternativly I know a mechanic that is quite frankly GREAT. He builds and maintains 2 race minis and does all the work on my scooby very, very cheap and to the highest standards.
E-mail me is you need any more help at jason@dialus.net.

Bell & Colvill (Guildford) might service it - I believe they're not so strict about imports these days. You could also try the Subaru garage in Haslemere.
Oh, and yes - Park Lane are very good, although a little pricey.
