Just booked my MY97 UK Turbo in for its 60K service. Anyone used them before?

They quoted me £410 inc Vat and they will also hire a courtesy car for me to use.

All good so far.

IMHO ....DONT USE THEM!!!!

I purchased my P1 from them not long back and their after sales support was the worst I have Known...Didnt even valet the car b4 giving it to me...Had a good man but to no good, I have also heard that they are losing their Subaru Dealership, Dunno if this is due to bad sevice or what..

I now use Oaken Scooby off J3 of the M54....If you want details, let me know...It is about 20 minutes extra but well worth it!!

I've used their parts dept for years(mail order). Always been professional, helful and prompt. Other dealers have taken weeks to order items and even charged me £5 p & p on a wiper rubber which was around £8.00 to start with.
