Looks Ok to me. The green is your figures and you are in between the high and low limits for all of them.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

LOL Dunk. Give it some welly from me too.

Admittedly the CPU looks high but they always run high. You haven't been overclocking the machine have you? Always a risk.

Haven't had CPU temp problems at home since I splashed out a decent heatsink / fan combo. I'm pretty sure I used to reach 60+.

What hs/fan are you running? Did you put some thermal grease between that and the CPU?

Shouldn't you be more worried about the bit that says 'Chassis Fan: Fan Off' and 'PSU Fan: Fan Off'?

LOL @ Carl

I presume this is an Athlon....XP too if I'm not mistaken.....these puppies run hotter than a bitch in whorehouse.

You **DEFFO** need a case fan sucking in at the front and I also have a slot cooler pulling air out at the back next to my graphics card. The air it pulls out is noticeably quite warm

45deg actually is about average for an Athlon....I have seen them MUCH higher

My Athlon 1Ghz runs at around 36 deg on idle and under full load (divx compression for 2 hrs) is was running at around 51 deg

Is that a bit high ? Its not overclocked...

Hmmmm...you dont usually hear of mega hot P4's.......it doesnt sound too hot to me......but I keep my eye on it for a week or so....especially after giving it a creaming..

You may find that the heatsink can cope with added work heat and keep the temp pretty consistent.

I found this with my AthlonXP - even if I raped the processor it never got any hotter!
