Hi all,

Got what will probably be a very simple problem here...
I've got a user who's creating an employee db in Access 2000. It's only basic but he's got a 'lil command button on the form which he wants to use to print the current record only - at the moment we're using:

DoCmd.PrintOut

but that prints all records! Don't know Access unfortunately and can't quite work out how to select & print just the current record?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Ian

Code:
Function PrintRecord()
    ' This procedure selects the current record and prints it.
    RunCommand acCmdSelectRecord
    DoCmd.PrintOut acSelection
End Function
