Had a chance to play with iOS7 yesterday, granted, a BETA from the developers site.... but it's a LOT sharper, but I'm not sure about the visuals yet...... it may grow on me.

What is it with Android users and shouting about how there is better than an iphone? Apple fanboyism died a bit of a death a good year or two ago now, so why do Droid fans still go on about it? Nobody actually gives a **** anymore

You think??? You should have seen the que outside the apple store waiting to get their pre ordered iphone 5's. A couple of buyers were displaying 2 phones to the waiting TV cameras like it was some life achievement I mean seriously, who would camp out on a cold rainy street all night just to get a phone on the launch day? Plenty of isheep still out there mate, they just don't have as much to sing about lately.

Does anyone really care if the S4/HTC are faster than the iphone 5? I buy a phone I like and would never know if it was fast or not as they always seem to do what I want.

You will notice cpu speed issues if you multi task or play complicated games like GTA vice city. Dont know about s4 or iphone 5 battery life but my s3 is about the same as my old iphone 4.

True but you get more for your battery life than i did on my iphone 4, like a way better screen resolution. I do wish the battery would last longer but unlike the iphone you can carry a spare. One thing i do really miss from my iphone was apples player v cpu poker game. There is only one single player game on android and its crap.

I do have an iphone 5 and the wife has a 4s and i can't see any real difference between them. When i open an app on mine, it does so instantly so i fail to see what advantage there is to be had with another phone which is faster. What is the real world point of all this processing power on a phone?

My 4s is still rocking, nothing fazes it. This is from a time when Samsung were touting the S2 as an iPhone killer. Anyone got any love or current applications for an S2?? The S3 is now on Wikipedia if you search for Lag yet the 4s is still so good I might not buy a 5s. That's right Fandroids, you've had a S2, S3 and S4 and I can still run apps on my old phone that you're 12 processor super computer can't handle.

That's because with each iteration of the Samsung Galaxy gets better and better with new innovations, the same can't be said for the iPhone. This is why you're still on the 4s, the extra row of icons you get on the 5 just doesn't cut it for you and I would guess the 5s will bring nothing new or innovative either. I see you being stuck with the 4s for a while longer, but you never know, the extra LED for the flash on the 5s might just sway it for you.

How much different is the s4 from the s3 ? as far as i can see it has a slightly faster cpu and a slightly higher mp camera. I dont really see any massive innovations between the s2 to s4 like i see no major innovations between the iphone 4 to 5. I'm no teckno geek so maybe the innovations have escaped me but when i looked at the s3 and s4 and the contract price difference i went for the s3. I find the s3 a far better device than my iphone 4 for surfing the net, downloading and picture quality from the camera and screen. The other thing i love is how the keypad disappears when i put the phone to my ear then reappears when i look at the phone. The iphone was a pain for muting or dialing other numbers while i was talking on the phone. The other pain with the iphone is if the home button is held down in your pocket it goes to voice control and starts phoning people, even though the phone was locked. I went to apple and complained about that and was told a future update would fix this. 3 updates later and the problem was still present.
