Copying slide template in Powerpoint 2000

Question
I have a presentation that uses a specific template.

I need to write another presentation that uses the same template, but I dont have the .pot blank template file. Anyone know how to extract it from the presentation i have ?

I dont want the words and pics on the existing presentation, just the template. If i save as .pot will i get what i want ??

Just delete everything you don't want then save it as a .pot ?
