Question

I have a 19" monitor connected to my Mac through an adapter with 9 DIP switches. Having been basically ejected from the marital home late last week in my hurry to move all my kit the switches have all got pushed out of position and I have no idea how to put them back! A bit of trial an error has got a picture back on the screen but the control strip (I'm still OS9.1) appears half way up the screen (although I can move the mouse and everything else to the rest of the screen). How on earth do I work out where the DIP switches should go?

On the switches Ive seen, there is a sticker with the settings on. Failing that, who makes the switch and can you find out from their web site?

IIRC, my switch has 8 dip switches and a rotary dial.

No sticker from memory (I'm at work now) but I will look to see if the manufacturers name is on it somewhere.
