Newbie needing help with my macbook grrrrrr........ >:(
Ok this is REALLY frustrating me and I'm getting worked up about it.
iPhoto isn't printing and it's coming up with the error message:
"There were no themes located. Until at least one theme has been installed, this feature will be unavailable."
What the **** are themes? Why is it telling me this? Why do I need a 'theme?' I just want to print some photos.
I've done a google search about this problem and a few people are having this.... no one is explaining how to fix it other than something to do with "HD/Library/Application Support/iPhoto/Themes".
How do I access this in the finder?
**** me I need help and would really appreciate it if someone can tell me what to do step by step..
PS: This is a new mac with iPhoto 11 and OS Mountain Lion 10.8.2

I just trashed it, now I've seen... :
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
System restore discs??? I didn't even get one with my bluddy mac.
Need help please, this isn't simple at all. It came preinstalled on my macbook pro with OS Mountain Lion 10.8 therefore I have no system restore discs? no purchased receipt.... etc...

If you login to App Store does it show as iPhoto purchased? If it does just download it
You got no discs at all? If not see if the install bundled software is in the recovery option
"The easy way On most Macs, you can access recovery mode by simply restarting or starting up the Mac while holding down Command+R. Keep holding these keys until you see a window with OS X Utilities in large text across the top. If this procedure doesn’t work for you, try the next method.

Am I being thick or what because I still have no idea of how to reinstall a new copy of iPhoto.
The only applications in my purchased history are:
- Pages
- Garageband
- iMovie
No disc came with it, plus because it's the new Macbook, it doesn't even have a CD drive.
When holding down cmd+r, it comes up with 'OS X Utilities' with the options:
- Restore from Time Machine
- Reinstall OS X
- Get Help Online
- Disc Utility
I have also gone into the finder and clicked on Go > Computer > HD > Library > Application Support ...and iphoto isn't there.
This is turning into a massive ball ache now lol. Surely it can't be this difficult?

Sorry for late reply, thought I had replied via phone, but seems not.
Path could be ~/Library/Application Support/iPhoto
Which is really /Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Application Support/iPhoto
Confusing I know but /Library is the main Library, the other is your personal one.
The Buy button seems to indicate you did not purchase it, and it was pre-installed. But to truly check, sign into the App Store, and go to the Store menu and select View My Account. On that page should be a "View Hidden Purchases" option, click that and see if anything appears.
Also, have a read of the iLife section of this.
I have had a look at my ML installer and I don't see anything in the packages containing iPhoto. It's possible the preinstalled version could be different though.
I would recommend talking to Apple and asking them what to do. Make sure to tell them you have not purchased iPhoto from the App Store, as they'll probably assume you did / have.

Coming back to this, thankyou Markus because I have now fixed it.
I wanted to really print out a picture so came back to this thread to double check.

iPhoto magically appeared (I don't know why it was hidden in the first place??), so I was able to delete my current iPhoto and then able to reinstall it.
