wininet.dll and GPL

When I try to install GPL on to my Win' XP P4 1.4, it fails when trying to install wininet.dll, right at the end.
Has anyone had the same prob?
....maybe my CD is damaged?

The file is a Microsoft one, which should already exist in C:\windows\system32 . Try copying the existing version into C:\Program Files\Papyrus Design Group, Inc
I think it is only used by GPL for updates.
Have you tried patching GPL to Ver 1.2 (I think thats the latest) ?
I actually have it running under XP so it can be done.
