Question

Ok this is probably easy for some of you but could someone explain to me how to stop this from happening, Intrenet Explorer closing and giving this message

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module WININET.DLL at 0167:7628bdbd.

from that info i can deduce that the pc needs rebooting
