Stuff magazine puts it no3 in the top ten phones which it shouldnt be embarrassed about as the s3 and htc are great phones.

Apple late to the party as usual. S3 beat the 4S just like the S2 beat the 4 before it. No doubt the S4 will beat 5 next year. Besides, you're having a laugh if you think the 5 should even win any accolades with all the issues it's had since launch such as dodgy wifi, hazy camera and **** Maps app to name but a few, Apple's stock price has fallen over 10% since the 5 launch and most people I've spoken to are sticking to their 4S instead, not even JC has upgraded to a 5 and that is saying something!!

Personally, I don't think Samsung stole ideas any more than Apple stole the ideas of others before them, but most punters don't give a **** anyway.
It doesn't matter if Samsung have an image of stealing, if it wokrs well and is a good price, it will sell!

Toyota did it with the Supra MK2 vs the 300ZX.
Sega and Nintendo were at it for years. Now its Sony/MS.
Its the same in multiple industries.
You'd think people would be used to it by now

Yes it does say something, it says I make good choices. I didn't have a 4 and won't have a five, there's no need for me to update hardware every year. In areas that matter the 4S still beats the fastest Android device and will for a long time.
