Lightbulb

A pc on our network is freezing up within 2 minutes of opening outlook 98. All the obvious things have been tried to cure this.
Can anyone throw any suggestions my way please

No other apps cause this problem, everything has been reinstalled, I have defragged scandisked, virus checked.
My colleague has reinstalled the os and apps.....

Tried other outlook profiles on his machine and it does the same, so I cant put it down to size of mailbox

Question

Is the Power Saving switched off ?

Often a problem when the timeouts cause things to lock up.
