I know you're all as excited about receiving new ipads as I am so I've been compiling wallpapers from my own photography. They're all free for your personal use and sized for the retina display at 2048x2048.

I guess they'd work on other tablets too or any other monitors for that matter

BTW it's iPad, not iPad 3 or 'the new iPad', it's just iPad. Once again, great pictures.

 

We are simple creatures and need to define **** with numbers. Therefore we will call it ipad 3 or HD because it makes it easier.

the wallpaper stays put whilst you move the ipad between landscape and portrait
