Do it as said at the very top using imsext.dll or whatever it is called... I can email you a copy if required..
This will work with OWA.

how do i add a auto signature at the end of all emails for everyone in ms-exchange 5.5? strictly speaking, it's not the individual signature but a signature for everyone like some company do putting the disclaimer signature in all out going emails.

Suba,
This MS KB Article will explain how to add text to the end of every document. You'll not get anything fancy with 5.5.

If your using word as you email editor it's easy...
do a search on a file called EMAIL.DOT....what ever you put in there will come up as your signature for anyone on that p.c, just copy it to all your p.c in the same directory...

but how will it work if i am using OWA? (outlook web access)
can it not be setup on the exchange server once so that any new user added will have the same [1]signature?
[1] the signature is not the normal individual signature with name, address, fone number, etc. but a disclaimer signature at the end of all outgoing emails.

Basically you can't do it on Exchange 5.5 unless you hack the resgistry, then it would add the disclaimer to every email internally and externally. There is 3rd party software that can do this. Or you can use the file idea i orginally proposed. You could add it into a login script to copy the file....
