My PC recently developed a problem where all I get is a black screen, no signal what so ever to my tv. I tried a different cable and also tried a different tv. My LCD display on my current motherboard goes through its normal checks so I thought it was the graphics card that had died. Bought a second hand gtx260 for £36 as a cheap one to try plus it's still better then the 8800gts I had. There was no change, still a black screen and no BIOS boot or anything. Next on my list of things to try is the MOBO, I'm thinking of going intel anyway so am looking for a good budget board and CPU combo that still has some god features. Any ideas?
