Default MAC invoice software?

Looking to get a user friendly software program for invoicing?

Will use it mainly for estimates and will need to store each and sometimes send out as PDF?

I may end up having to digitalise our old stuff too, so hoping the software will make this as easy and as quick as possible...

Are you looking for a full package or just a nice looking spreadsheet? PDF is no problem, Mac's have that built in, just print and choose PDF.

We don't do much tbh in the way of paperwork. Estimates and then an account for the same. Each one is company headed which I'd hope to generate along with each estimate and account, rather than pre-printed iyswim.

We actually still use invoice books, but I hope to faze that out.

Numbers the Apple Spreadsheet program comes with an invoice template, I simply modified this to my liking and it's been great.

What made you choose Numbers over Office if you don't mind me asking?

Been trying to see what each is capable of and most things seem to say Office is better, even if your not used to it?

I had an old version of Excel for Mac that needed updating as it ran terribly and was never going to be fixed. Numbers was £14 licensed for both my Mac's and at my level of usage does everything very well. I haven't encountered any problems opening and using my old spreadsheets.
