I think apple may be coughing up some cash from that counter claim (plus even with those pictures its easy to tell which one is which, and the samsung is also thinner than the ipad2!)

As I said in a previous thread on the subject a blind man could tell the difference between these 2. If 80% of surveyed users could not tell the differnce then they must have been very selective as to who they surveyed.

I can't remember which Samsung Galaxy mobile phone it is (one of my workmates has it and I will check later but I think it is the first S model) but it is a blatant ripoff of a 3GS.
Put them side by side and unless you know what to look for ie camera positions and the home button design, even the GUI looks very similar if not identical.
I know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but making your product look nearly identical to another manufacturers with a couple of very minor changes?
