Default AV help - Digi sender/wireless broadband & Sky

Looking for some help,

Got sky installed a few weeks back and the engineer suggested that to have it in different rooms to buy a digisender unit. So bought one yesterday from Argos, AEi DG180-s model. Supposed to work as watching the same thing in 2 rooms etc, so plugged it all up and can get the picture from the main sky unit but can't change the channel in the 'non sky room' as you are supposed to be able to do using the sky handcontroller. So thought I would fire up the Mac and see if any help online and the wireless broad band fails, turn of the digisender and it works?!

Do I need to get a better unit or does anyone suggest what I can do.

Thanks
Ricey

Yo are supposed to be able to change channels, using the infrared eye. A cheaper option would be the Magic Eye, only about 15 quid, Tesco and Maplins sell them. But its a wired connection.
The reason your Internet is not working, is because the wireless signal is being interrupted by the digisender. check your modem settings, you usually can change the wireless channel to suit.
