Default Mac for new office?

I am currently expanding my business (I work from home) and I use a macbook, Im currently in the process of getting an office, I want to have a mac in the office with the possibility of then getting another mac but would want them to work together.

What mac would you recommend for a small office that is then expandable when I start employing people??

Your help would be much appreciated

iMac, all in one, just plug it in and connect it to the internet. Buy another one, plug it in and start sharing things with one click.
