Default Win 7 second screen?

FIXED. Replaced the VGA lead and hey presto!

Cheers for replies.

Just faffing about at home.

I've got a HP LCD running off the DVI socket on my Intel HD Grpahics card.
I've just hooked up an ACER 19W to the VGA socket. Win 7 see's both screens, primary is HP secondary is 'monitor', but I've got no signal on the 2nd screen?

Any ideas?

are both connectors ont eh grpahics card or one on the MB and one on the graphics card?

if one and one then the MB socket will be offline due to the Graphics card being online.
