SCSI to Firewire on i mac??
I have a 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo i mac. I also have a Canon FS2710 film scanner which I run on an old G4 Tower. My question is whether I can get the SCSI scanner to connect and run properly on the i mac?

Have a look and see if there are any SCSI to USB / Firewire convertors out there. BEFORE you buy one, also search and see if it will support your scanner. You'd probably need drivers for it to work, and there might not be any for OS X

That's kind of what I thought as I could see the drivers being an issue with such an old scanner. I'll keep looking for converters though I keep coming to dead ends and discontinued web pages.
