Default PS3 DNS Error Message Help!

Hey All,

I bought a PS3 for the kids, (ok and me as well!), at Xmas and it's great apart from connecting to the internet.
Twas ok at first but now I get a DNS error message '80710102' when I try and log into the PS3 Network.
I have literally tried everything after guidance from searching on the net;

- Re-set router
- disconnected media server access in PS3 settings
- Upgraded firmware/software for PS3 and router
- Reset network settings on PS3 (must have done this over 100 times!)

I have 2 laptops, desktop and HTC devices that have zero problems.

This is the last gasp attempt at resolution folks, before it goes back. It's now gathering dust in my living room as the kids have lost interest in using it due to the never ending problems.

Cheers

Is it jailbroken?
Are you on latest version 3.56?

add your PSŁ IP address to the DMZ zone on your router. that should fix it.
