How to "de-authorise" a computer for ITunes?.

How to "de-authorise" a computer for ITunes?.
I am trying to authorise my home PC for "home sharing" in ITunes.
As I can only apparently have 5 computers authorised, (and for some reason have reached that limit) I must de-authorise at least one!
I have forgotten how to do this and as I physically only have 2 computers (my home and my laptop) I need to find how to do this.
HELP !!!
