Question Windows 7 and Tabs...

Is there any way I can use Windows 7 without the "tabbing" function ?

For example, if I have 4 internet explorers open, it shows a seperate tab for each in the taskbar ? I found this a lot quicker way of working and working between windows.

Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance
