Firstly download and install CCleaner and clean all temp internet files etc, makes the following processes a few hours quicker at scanning.

Then download and install the free versions of both....
Malwarebytes
Super Anti-Spyware
Spybot

Then use the free scanner from Trendmicro called Housecall.

With the above free products you can clean up most spyware and viruses in windows.
Make sure you choose FULL SCAN for all products, and be prepared to wait.....

Any probs gimme a shout.

ok,ive done as you said hadez,i think ive soeted it,still get all the popups of the spyware programmes you told me to download,but only on startup?
