Any gamers use a Logitech driving force pro on the PC?
I've been using a Logitech driving force pro on my PC for years but last week I rebuilt my PC and it doesn't work anymore
You have to download the driver for it and when you do that it recognises the wheel and pedals and the inputs but after that it says the wheel isn't connected and when you connect it to the PC it doesn't do the full 900 degree rotation and lock with both LED's lit, it rotates through 180 degrees and only illuminates the left LED.
I've connected it to my PS3 to check that the wheel hasn't gone **** up but it works fine on there
Has anyone got any ideas or different drivers to try?
Thanks,
Paul

If you are using W7,you dont need drivers(because W7 update alone),if you have Windows Vista try download other driver or just try play game and customize setting in game windows(sometimes its helpful, reconfigure (customize)buttons).
I have Logitech Driving Force GT,but my working like charm(without any issues) on W7 64-bit.

That's strange, when you are reinstalled OS,you installed every driver for Motherboard,if you look in Control Panel-> Device Manager under USB(Universal Serial Bus controllers) when is plugged Logitech Driving Force yellow exclamation mark(probably driver its not properly installed)

I installed everything except the wingman software it seems, I did install it but it didn't work on it's own so I uninstalled it and installed the driver for the wheel. It needs both lol Thanks Micky it's all sorted now I shouldn't have been so hasty to uninstall it when it didn't work
