iPhone video convertor

i need a program to do this but i'm downloading 720 mkv files and want to convert them for the iphone 4 is there a app for the iphone 4 preset yet?

Handbrake seems to take 30mins just for a 1gb file

30 minutes isn't that bad, queue them up and do them overnight.
