Default unknown format help please

I am trying to apply for a job but the application form and job spec on the website is in a format I havent a clue what it is can anyone help me cheers

Looking at the screen shot, you have either clicked the .doc or the .pdf.

This happened to me once before, all you have to do is open it with Word or Acrobat Reader, depending on which link you clicked.

yes tried to open with word and my acrobat pdf reader but still wont allow

Change the file to something .doc and it will open with word fine.

Try downloading with a proper web browser

I've just tried all the links on the page you listed (using IE8), and they all open fine for me. Pdf and doc.

really confused about this - im on windows 7 (shouldnt make a diff) use firefox only and i have microsoft 2007 suite installed and my adobe acrobat is version 9 - there should be no reason why i cannot open this file - what am i doing wrong ????

Have you actually DOWNLOADED the file, then renamed it to a .DOC or .PDF and then opened it on your Pooter?

Both worked fine for me (on XP and Firefox).

Im on W7 Microsoft 2007 and Acrobat V9 too and they both opened fine.

Ok, Jack Clark is probably the one to go for (sorry jack)..... why not ask him to e-mail the PDF as an attachment to you if you let him have your e-mail address

Right, so youre applying for a job as an IT support dude and you cant get the Word or acrobat document to open and dont know why?

This isn't going to end well!
