I have a project to run next week, but I want to try it out
before we do it live so to speak.
Basically I need to move items into certain locations,
hold them there for a specific period of time,
then move them to another location for a period of time.
But i want to try is out before hand, to see if the times and
physical logistics will work.

Anyone know of any proggys that can do it?

A gant chart won't work, as it dosent show
the actual movements / times as they happen

Are you doing it in front of a projector* (*other such like screen) and want to demo physical objects and discuss them, before the backdrop moves along?

or is it web based VOIP timings you are after? Post is a little vague
