Default Recommend a Wireless Access Point?

Hi all.

I'm looking for a Wireless Access point recommendation. These are to suppliment a wired network in some local primary schools. We've always used Belkin AP's but these are starting to have reliability problems - requiring reboots fairly frequently.

Looking for fairly cheap and chearful, 54mb as a minimum but I'm starting to wonder if we should go 'n'. They are like to have 10-15 laptops using them at any one time, mainly for standard browsing and some small print jobs.

The reason we used Belkin historically is because they supported Appletalk over wireless. These days, that's less of an issue!

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I recommend either the Apple Extreme Base Stations , DLink or Linksys (as they are part of Cisco)

Dlink
DWL-3500AP: 802.11g 108Mbps Wireless Switch Access Point - Outdoor access point, ethernet access point, wireless G access points, wireless N access point, outdoor access point and more wireless access points - D-Link, from D-Link Business

Apple
AirPort Extreme Base Station - Apple Store (U.K.)

Thanks.

I'll be using an Apple one for at least one of my customers. I had looked at Linksys. A full Cisco system is bit overkill.

Thanks again

We've got a lot of NetGear WG102/WAG102s in the field and they don't give us much hassle at all. Shame the same couldn't be said about the users...

Could give the Netgear a go - we've used cheap netgear desktop switches without issues in places.

I'm also looking at
Cisco WAP200 Wireless-G Access Point: PoE/RangeBooster Cisco Small Business Access Points [Cisco Small Business Wireless Access Points] - Cisco Systems

Don't need PoE so am I just paying for the Cisco name or is it worth the extra in terms of reliability?
