Software for a booking form

Does anyone know of an off-the-shelf package that can be used to run a booking system. It needs to be relatively easy to maintain and customise.
Currently I use a Excel/VBA form but it is well complicated (not written by me) by feeding into Outlook and other things, and I just cant make head nor tail of it. It has got a bug in it and I dont know where to start debugging it.
i have been told to see if i can find a package that can do this function. Anyone ???

I'm writing one for a client a the moment (web based) as there didn't seem anything suitable for exactly what they wanted.
The problem is that everyone wants something slightly different.
A couple of places flog a system + source code but they wanted a lot of cash so its easier for me to do it!
What's it for? How big? Budget?
