I have just bought a logitech g15 keyboard in the hope I can hit the keys better when I play in the dark, are these keyboards any good as I was going to buy a razer lycosa and changed my mind at the last minute.

I've been running a G15 for some years now... and love it. You can get add ins for some games that use the LCD display for vital stats - useful but not really essential.

However, the keyboard is rock solid, good feel to the keys, spacing is great so overlap is minimised (even for a ham-fisted typer like me!) and yes, it does look good with lights out.

Been using mine for a while, when used to play WoW (years back) that comes up on the display the stats, useful when on Vent you can see who's logging in / out, talking etc, etc.

Had a G11 and due to the cable wearing out ended up buying one of these as I don't do any gaming on the PC these days due to consoles:

If you like a keyboard with a laptop type keyboard, and is slim line this is recommeneded, not sure how better the light on the G15 is over the G11 but the bright white light on the linked keyboard above is far superior.

I recently replaced my G15 with one of those Logitech Illuminated keyboards, (the G15 died a few weeks ago) and I find it generally much more responsive and pleasant to use. Don't do much gaming, but a lot of typing (programming). I like it so much, I've bought a second one for my other pc . I wouldn't go back to a G15 now...
