Every time I go on, which isnt that often I get murdered, so partly its practice but I need some tips of the pro's, I dont want to be a demon on it, just not get killed every 2 seconds !

Its a good game but the controller has flown across the room a couple of times in a fit of pique.

 

Try free for all, if it moves, shoot it, works for me. Also, keep moving, but stay crouched. Many times I've managed to sneak up on some camping muppet and knife them in the back - feels good. Other than that, it's just practice.

 

Yeah camping in this game usually ends up with me dying in the regular games, although if you play the "hardcore" versions, i have noticed a lot less "run and gun" type game play.

I did my first 20 ranks with the UMP gun, i can shoot OK without the red dot sights so i stuck with the stock iron sights, iirc i used the stopping power perk and a rocket launcher.

 

I find a lot of it is down to lag, if you stand still someone can catch you on the hop, if you keep moving it seems much better and picking up shots etc....

 

Stick to one weapon and get used to it, don't keep changing them for different levels
