Help, i cant get into my mail with ntl. A message keeps coming up saying my logon id or password is incorrect, i've checked and the're not. I cant send an email to ntl so what can i do?

Hi Rob,
This sounds like the same problem i had a couple of months ago,have you changed your password?

I updated everything or so i thought.Managed to get in touch with ntl and they sent the following,

The Gearbox connection kit requires updating.For Windows

1.Double click "My Computer"

2.Double click "Internet Connections"

3.Right click the ntlworld icon and select "properties"

4.Under the account tab,enter username and password[your password is in the format of the one followed by nine numbers]

5.Scroll across the email tab and enter your username,password and email address.

Hope this helps mines been fine ever since.

got in touch with ntl (£1 per min) and they said it was a prob at their end and to try again later....
