Parallels 5.0 for Mac
Just upgraded to the latest version (a bit peeved that it has been two paid upgrades in the past year) but this is terrific software and the integration between XP and Snow Leopard is excellent.
Lots of nice features such as a full MS Applications folder in the dock. A tab for the XP start menu.
All very nice run in Coherence mode.

I've not used PDM or Fusion for a while now, but I have favored Fusion recently, mainly as it was able to run Netware 6.5, which unless things have changed, PDM still cannot do.

Looked at the OS support for PDM and alas it still does not support Netware
