Running office 03 and 07 together - possible?
Have a work colleague who needs to have office 07 excel installed for a particular file he uses. It has some functions not present in 03 or something.
However, he wants to keep Word 03 because he doesn't want to have to re-learn Word.
I've tried to install only Excel 07 but I get error messages about a CAB file - made even more annoying as its an 03 CAB file.

Any help?
Would save a lot of your time and hassle and you may persuade the *work colleague* to bring himself into the 21st Century ....
Dave - who uses Office 2000 .....

you don't have to relearn word, its just takes a short while to find where they've put everything! Once you've done it if you go back to 2003 and wonder where everything is for that lol and its seems ancient!!

I suspect it is neigh on impossible knowing Mickysoft
I sympathise -- but I am a self confessed Luddite when it comes to upgrading, my XP OS looks exactly the same as my old win 95 machine
If he is adamant he does not want to upgrade then create a VM and run 2007 on that -- just for the functionality

Should be okay as long as you install in them starting oldest first. Only thing that doesn't co-exist is Outlook:
