As title, the PC crashed last night, 1st time ever I think. But when I went to reboot it, it was stuck on the opening page, something like ATI graphics, basically the 1st screen I get when turning on the PC.

I unplugged all of the USB cables and rebooted and thats fine. Whenever the mouse or other USBs are plugged in the PC can't get to Windows. When Windows is active and I plug in the Mouse USB connection I get an error message saying the USB device is not recognised. Although I can plug my camera USB connection in and it works fine.

Any ideas what I can do?

 

Have you tried another mouse?? or tried plugging the mouse into a different USB slot??
