I can get hold of the following system, new, for circa £250+
Anyone know if it is any good? I am an Intel man by trade, so dont know much about the AMD chips: Doesn't come with monitor, but I can sort that out.
AMD Duron 1.2Ghz Processor (200Mhz FSB, AMD Approved cooler)
128MB PC133 Major memory
20 GB Ultra-ATA 100 Hard Drive
52x CD-ROM Drive
Integrated 128-bit 32/64MB 3D AGP Graphics (AGP slot, upgrades available)
2x USB ports, 1x Printer Port, 1x Serial Port etc
Integrated AC97 compliant 3D Sound Card
Internal 56K PCI V.90 Modem
10/100 Ethernet LAN card
1.44 MB 3.5" Floppy Drive
AMD quality Midi ATX Tower Case
PS2 Windows Keyboard, PS2 Mouse

Sounds like a bit of a bargin! Also depends on what you are going to do with it, if it is for home then no worries, but if you need it for business critical things, then unless it is all branded stuff I would give it a miss.. Have made the mistake (once only) of buying cheap stuff for business things, and spent so much time getting it to work properly it was not worth it.
Ref AMD, each person has their own opinions, but broadly I doubt you will notice the difference. Only thing I have found is that some RAM will not work with it, though that is not too much of a problem if you buy the right stuff!!!

Sounds like an Asus Terminator system to me, everything on board and limited upgradability.
BUT they are really bargains, and you get a years warranty, after a year if the mother board blows up, its not a big loss is it!
