All developers to have the following skills: Java - JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, XSLT
HTTP

We also seek people with C++ and JNI for integration work.

Testing strategies
Design Model (Rose)

I'm in the business. (lead developer of site which is consistently in top ten on NTL interactive, developing stuff on OpenTv just now which should be launching in the next month or two..)

Unfortunately I couldn't be arsed with the commute to Yorkshire every day....

 

I could be tempted, but wouldn't be available until the end of May at the earliest. I'm working on a project for a client, as opposed to the R&D I usually do, so wouldn't leave before I'd had it signed off.
