After php update, code displayed instead of processed

I've just updated php on my development server as I need to get my hands dirty and update some old code done in PHP. Updated to version 5.9.2 as the version I was previously running was 4.0!

Since upgrading any php code is now not processed and is displayed as text.

I know there is something I need to do to associate .php with a DLL but can I find the info anywhere.

Server is Windows 2000 advanced with iis6. any php gurus know what needs to be done to associate the code with the program.

cheers guys, tried the mime types first and still got the two fingered salute, tried the link Markus provided - after a few bottles of beer, and it worked.
