GIF creator and general website help.
I am currently creating a website, Its a public information/forum one. I have found a forum to buy, it has all the functions on it that I need. I have created a banner but thats as far as I have got.
I need help with a couple of bits. First of all what is a decent GIF creator, I want to use it as avatars etc.
Secondly I have my Domain name stored at UK2. net, I used them as I have used them for a business I used to run (i had a web guy) but asides from this I am lost.
What software will help me create the website? who is good for webspace? Are there any must have things that I should know about?
I know its a lot to ask but the website is the start of what will hopefully turn into a charity so I am on a super tight budget.
