Default Nintendo DS - Any Good for Adults?

Mrs is thinking of getting one for holidays end of Jan. I think shes seen Brain training etc with the stylus and fancies that type of game.

Who has one on here and do they have much longetivity with this type of game or will it be collecting dust in the drawer after hols. Also would you recommend getting a white one or do they scratch too easily?

Cheers
Simon

Love mine - got an R4DS card, and a LOAD of games. Kids also have em too. Nothing better than a Mario Kart race between family members

Layton's good
So is the Sight training and Brain training.....

The DS is really good for both children and adults. I certainly 'check out for suitability' for a couple of hours some of the games my children play.

Cool guys thats what I wanted to hear as dont really know anyone with one to have a go. I really shouldnt be questioning it if the mrs wants to get one off her own back with no prompting from me

I play several games on our DS's - they are definately family consoles (even though one is mine and one my son's - we all play them). Advance Wars, Brain Training/Brain Academy, Race Driver, Mario Kart, Civilisation all recommended for adults. No doubt a lot more games out there.
