Default SD slot on wii

Anyone know what this is for?can you get games on a card then play them?

not sure mate,but wondered if you could do the same as you can do with the DS?

I think you can go the DS route but i believe the Wii needs 'chipping'

whats this homebrew software I keep seeing everywhere for the Wii, says you can play backups and imported games without having to be chipped, and also to use the Wii as a media centre

Does the Wii come with wireless or do you need to buy a wireless adapter to connect it to the internet

ive heard you can do the same as ds but without chipping but i cant find the info on the net??anyone know??

The wii is wireless so can connect to the internet.

however you need to D/l opera browser for 500 points

the SD card is for photo's etc

Gamecube games require a gamecube mem card
